Boathouse Blue Cheese Cole Slaw

Ingredients
- 1/2 C plain yogurt
- 4 T sour cream
- 2 t white balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper
- 1/2 C blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 lb cole slaw mix
- 1 sm red onion, diced
Instructions
- Whisk together the yogurt, sour cream, vinegar and cayenne, then season to taste.
- Toss the cole slaw, onion, and blue cheese in the dressing.
- Plate and serve.
